- Listing update/refresh to CRM / Website
- Sending Docs to the client / follow up
- Data Entry – update the blog to our website
- Summarising blog into a social media format
- Create Landing Page on the website
- Schedule Social Media Contents

The tasks for VA will be different every day, can be added more task or reduced tasks.

About the cold calling

We are selling residential properties in Australia.
We have multiple property business partnerships (500+) - Google ' Bill Kim Real Estate ' Please learn more about us before applying
We have 25,000+ leads that are close the 100% property renter or buyer.

You will have the multiple incomes by qualifying the potential buyer

How it works
Once you have the qualified leads,

1. you can register them in our portal system so that you can track the sales process.
After the contract is unconditional
The commission is $300 AUD for each sale.
This sale will be completed by one of our business partners

2. We are located in Brisbane, if your qualified leads looking for a property near us.
Our own agents will close the deals.
The commission is 5% of the whole commission. The average commission is $20,000 - 25,000

3. If you are an experienced superhero of closing.
You will have the opportunity to access our 1,000+ listings and close the deals done by you.
The commission is 10% of the whole comms

Support Admin: Full-Time Contract $250 AUD weekly - Pay rise will be available when you can control everything without a support

Cold Calling: Commission only base ( Do it in your spare time )
