ROLE
You are responsible for an efficient workflow within the sales and operations team. You will make sure there are no delays in the process of fulfilling your task as per summit. You will be the frontline to our partners in all parts of the summit process. You must be very good in client relationship building.You will be coordinating directly with the OM for task delegations per summit upon being given the Instructions by the OD.You are playing a key factor in the results of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
Handle top-level issues concerning the process, make sure the OM and OD is up to date.
Acts as the ambassador/frontline of the business to all our clients.
English proficiency in both written and oral is ESSENTIAL.C1+ level up.
Assist in reaching out to the Host and other
Take ownership of sales and sponsor issues brought to your attention by your OPS Team and follow through to resolution.
Handle issues concerning tea
Attends a weekly tea
Attends monthly 1:1 meetings with all of the OPS team to discuss the KPIs and other problems.
Close coordination with the OM to get information about the deadlines as per task/per summit
Communicates directly with the Host, Guest speakers and maintains professional client relationship
Monitor an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the
Knowing our services inside and out so you can discuss with the OM and OD about our summit’s progress.

Perform any task assigned by the OD immediately.
Keep track of the worksheets and marketing accounts up to date
Communicates daily with the OM and PM the tasks that are ongoing and its progress.
RESULTS
Make sure that all client coordinations are done in a timely manner.
Should help reach 1 host per Summit, 4 speakers per day.Maximum of 20 speakers per month(as per 1 summit a month).
Ensure the attendees as per event.
Strong client retention background. High level of experience is a plus.
Monitor the progress of the task assigned to make sure we won't miss any.
Make sure KPI’s are clear on your
Summits are announced consistently and updating the team
Nurture an environment where all the team can excel through encouragement and empowerment
OM and OD have a clear picture which strategies are performing well.
Attends meetings within the department when needed.

Is able to send weekly reports directly to the OM.
Take initiative for new ideas to work more efficiently or get more results for the company.
REQUIREMENTS
You speak English fluently as if it's your first language (very good on written as well)
You have an excellent eye for detail
Respectful and team player
Hard working mentality is a must. You always need to give your 110?a leader and make decisions quickly
