Customer Service/Sales Position

Answer inquiries from customers looking for accommodation to rent
Make calls to customer who might be interested in the accommodation matching service that we offer
Make bookings/set appointments

Instructions and training will be clear for you to learn use in order to do your job. We provide, training videos, a work manual and additional support.

Requirements:

Great English speaking skills and with a neutral accent
Has been promoted in the BPO industry before (trainer/SME/QA/TL)
Customer Service and Sales experience
Willing to work on UK time (4PM to 2AM MLA)
At least 3MBPS subscription
Good quality headset and mic
Quiet work environment
Hungry and self-motivated
Looking for long-term work
Outstanding Time Management skills

Job pays $3/hour plus $10 commission per successful matching!
