Customer Service Marketing Trainee

We are a 26-year-old company business training company looking to grow our client base across the U.S. Contact businesses about employee training needs/requirements and provide information on different options. This position requires excellent English speaking and communication skills, and great listening skills.

Some prior Customer Service or Sales experience is preferred. We will train applicants who have the minimum skills and a great attitude. You should be comfortable speaking with professional people and be willing to meet a minimum daily call/contact quota. Attitude, and reliability, along with your ability to communicate are more important than prior experience.

You should have basic computer skills, ability to type at least 30 WPM, and a high level of attention to detail. Hours are flexible (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time, US) as long as you work at least 8-hours a day and make a minimum of 125 contacts. Bonus will be paid to applicants who exceed their calling minimums. Although this is not a sales position if the leads/contacts you generate, end up purchasing our services, we pay you a bonus on top of your salary!

Salary is based on a 40-Hour work week. Any additional bonus depends on how hard you work. Long-term opportunity for the right person.
