Thumbnail Designer

Hello, I am looking for a thumbnail designer for my YouTube Automation channels. Bonus if you are familiar with editing videos (comfortable using stock footage/screen recording)

What we're looking for:
-knowledge of basic graphic design (photoshop, canva, illustrator, etc)
-knows how to use asana
-willing to work long term
-collaborative

I'm looking to have anywhere from 5 to 10 thumbnails per week. Hopefully scaling to over 20 a week in the progressing months. The rate is $2 per thumbnail.
