We're an Australian based company with most of our team working on Australian/Philippine hours.Our company is taking the pet industry by storm with our online education platform and we're looking for our very first Product/Project Manager to be onboard!

Reports To:Operations Manager

ROLE
You will be the key responsible person in every summit project to run smoothly -both internal and external process.Acts as the back-end part t of the entire summit process.Ensures that there are no delays in the process of fulfilling your task as per summit.You will be coordinating directly with the OM and CSM for task delegations per summit upon being given the Instructions by the OD.You are playing a key factor in the results of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
Acts as the back end part of the entire summit process to our clients (ensures management of tools is up and running smoothly)
Extensive background in project management particularly in ASANA is a must.
Has an advanced level of knowledge in Macros, Rules and Automations.
English proficiency in both written and oral is ESSENTIAL.C1+ level up.
Reaching out to our Host, clients and other speakers.
Prioritizing service features and capabilities.
Must be able to help develop process improvement in client retention particularly with our host, guest speakers and other partners.
Is able to assist the CSM in ensuring that all tools needed from pre, post and end of summit is in place and follows through a resolution in a timely manner.
Closely coordinates with the OM and CSM on client retention updates.
Coordinates with the OM on project management tools necessary and is able to inform any changes that may help the company.
Take ownership of sales and sponsor issues brought to your attention by your OPS Team and follow through to resolution.
Handle issues concerning tea ---------- mbers brought to your attention.
Attends a weekly tea ---------- eting with the sales and operations team.
Attends monthly 1:1 meetings with all of the OPS team to discuss the KPIs and other problems.
Close coordination with the OM to get information about the deadlines as per task/per summit
Monitor an orderly workflow according to priorities-internal and external.
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the ---------- t clear coordination with the OM to provide a better workflow
Knowing our services inside and out so you can discuss with the OM and OD about our summit’s progress.
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
Perform any task assigned by the OM and OD immediately.
Keep track of the worksheets and make sure it is up to date
Communicates daily with the OM and CSM the tasks that are ongoing and its progress.

RESULTS
Project Management Expert- not less than 5 years.
Extensive knowledge in Asana Integration, Rules, Automations. Familiar with Calendly, Zoom and Email marketing/sequencing is a plus.
Should help the team reach 1 host per Summit, 4 speakers per day.Maximum of 20 speakers per month(as per 1 summit a month).
Ensure the attendees as per event and manage the tools necessary. Make sure all is in place in an orderly manner.
Monitor the progress of the task assigned to make sure we won't miss any.
Make sure KPI’s are clear on your behalf.
Tools necessary for the Host, Speakers and CSM are set up to avoid any flaws during client meetings and presentations.
Knows that summits are announced consistently and updating the team
Nurture an environment where all the team can excel through encouragement and empowerment
OM and OD have a clear picture which strategies are performing well.
Attends meetings within the department when needed.
You model the behavior you want to be true in a team.
Achieve targeted KPI´s.
Is able to send weekly reports directly to the OM.
Take initiative for new ideas to work more efficiently or get more results for the company.

REQUIREMENTS
You speak English fluently as if it's your first language
You have an excellent eye for detail
