Auditor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares month-end warehouse variance audit reports.

Conduct daily inventory of respective warehouses with recommendations for deficiencies noted.

Perform van inventory for van salesmen and spot audit for high risk salesman

Conduct account receivable, promotion, sales discount, BO audit for open trade public market and major account segments.

Prepares sales balancing actual vs. QuickBooks system on biweekly basis.

Ensure GWP audit with corresponding recommendation to be submitted to principal.

Conduct audit for RF, Sales Allowances of the company funds.

Conduct Bank Reconciliation.

Consolidate weekly/monthly audit reports.


Qualifications:

Single

A degree holder in Accountancy and other business-related courses

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Above average Numerical and Analytical skills

With or without experience

Knowledge in QB (QuickBooks) is an advantage

Willing to be assigned in Los Angeles Butuan City
