HIRING a programmer to develop a website where music students meet music teachers

Below are a few specifications and some similar websites.

This job would be pretty much full time at first and then you could continue being hired to maintain it.

I would hire a designer to work in the design creation of the website.

I would prefer to pay a monthly salary.

Specifications:

- Develop from scratch a website that students can meet music teachers and music teachers can meet students.

- Students search based on an instrument and/or location (and can filter by reviews, most hired, newest, more experienced) and the website shows the teachers and their details, picture, rates, calendar with dates available to book the lessons, introductory video embedded (could be a youtube video).

- Students can hire the teachers, book a lessons for an specific date and pay online.

- The website will then pay the teachers taking out a percentage of the value.

- The second form of service would be teachers also can send offers/proposal of theirs services to students that want to receive teacher's proposals instead of searching.

- For example: a student post a job post looking for a guitar teacher. Guitars teacher can them start to send proposals to them. Like here on upwork.

- The students will have their member area and the teachers will also have their member area. There will be 2 different sign up methods. One for students and one for teachers.

- Only online lessons will happen. No local physical lessons.

- I'm still thinking about having a integrated video software to have the lessons done inside the website (would have more control over what students and teachers). Using softwares like Skype for example is another option.

- Of course new details will still need to be changed to make it work the best way possible.
