Looking for a Photo Editor for a Travel Website

As a company that has been in the travel industry for 10+ years, we know how important good photos are to tell a story and inspire people. This is why we're looking for a rockstar photo editor who can help us bring our articles to life.

For this role, we're needing someone who is a quality photo editor and who also has an eye for creating a consistent aesthetic.

You'll be in charge of choosing the photos that go into each one of our blog posts and creating an overall aesthetic on the site with how you edit the photos (we have a ready-to-use Adobe Lightroom preset that you'll be using to help create this as well). For choosing the photos, we have a lot of original images to use and sift through (organized in Dropbox), but you'll also often have to find images via Shutterstock as well.

Weekly tasks include:
1. Finding original images to use for blog posts.
2. Sourcing images from Shutterstock if we don't have original images.
3. Editing images in Adobe Lightroom with our preset.
4. Organizing images in Dropbox.
5. Creating an overall aesthetic on the site and telling a story for each blog post with the images you choose.

Keep in mind that this role involves a lot of day-to-day work and regular check-ins. With that said, once completely trained in the tasks, we're really needing someone who can work independently and who can understand the nuances of each task and make the appropriate decisions when needed. We're especially looking for someone who is very good at meeting deadlines since that's essential to keep our publishing schedule on track.

Overall, we're looking for someone who:
-Has Adobe Lightroom experience.
-Has experience using Dropbox or a similar platform to organize image files.
-Is very detail-orientated (please write "it's all in the details" at the start of your job proposal to show that this describes you).
-Meets deadline (this is incredibly important to us).
-Has excellent WiFi, fast internet, and a computer with a decent processor - we often shoot in RAW, so our file sizes can be quite ---------- te: In your proposal, please discuss your experience with the above list of weekly tasks and include examples of similar work that you've done in the past.
