Real Estate Cold Caller Needed

Looking for a Real Estate Cold Caller with nearly perfect English. Experience preffered but not required. Join our growing team!

Salary/payment:
-For the first 90 days, you will be in a 90-day trial period.
-During the trial period, salary will be USD 3.00 per hour.
-In addition to salary, you can earn a KPI bonus each week you meet your KPIs. The weekly KPI bonus during the trial period is USD 40.00 per week.
-After the trial period, your salary will increase to USD 4.00 per hour, and the weekly KPI bonus will increase to USD 60.00 per week.

* Paid time off for Philippines regular holidays and special days, plus 10 paid vacation days.

Job Responsibilities:
-Calling Homeowners in order to see that they are interested in selling their property.
-Determining whether sellers are quality prospective leads by determing the following:
1) Timeline to Sell
2) Condition of the property
3) Price Range
4) Motivation to Sell
-Setting Appointments with Homeowner, so a specialist in the U.S. can meet with the homeowner and view the property.
-Filling out lead sheets for U.S. Specialist
-Participating and being involved in trainings and meetings.
-Complete administrative and recordkeeping tasks all related to the above tasks.

Requirements to Apply:
-Nearly perfect American English
-Cold Calling Experience
-Previous Experience related to Real Estate
-Available to work during American Waking Hours (U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
