We need high-quality talent to join our team! Very good English is required, both spoken and written. You must love speaking with people and have a nice voice and communication style with customers.

This potential position would begin in July.

We are looking for a customer service sales representative to help with potential customers, call on potential leads, customer support, do some customer service follow up, and help the sales team with their customers. This can be full-time or part-time. The role will include 5 major tasks (1) calling potential customers (leads we already have received) speaking with them directly, asking them questions from a script we will provide, taking notes, and handing off the notes to a full-time sales representative. (2) follow up emails or text messages to engage potential customers and see if they need help, trying to get them interested to buy from us, (3) outbound cold emails/text messages to a list we will provide, introduce the company, and to try to obtain a phone call or have them ask for a product quotation. (4) follow up with current customers on their order and help keep them informed of their delivery time (5) be available to do an online live chat with our customers.

You would not need to complete any sales. You would work with 4 sales staff in Canada, help them as needed with their potential customers, and help generate leads for them. Your product knowledge of our products does not need to be high. We will want you to have a basic level of understanding, and of course, the more you learn about our products the better to help customers. But your role is to get the customer to speak with one of our product experts.
