- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work from 9 am - 8 pm PST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Oversee operational activities at every level of an organization
* Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
* Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
* Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
* Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Note: Knowledge in all basic software and any operations management software is a plus
