Transition Lead

Will be in charge of the “Transition Phase” wherein team would begin the Managed service activity by understanding the detailed requirements, putting up the processes and systems in place for monitoring and managing the Customer’s infrastructure elements as per the baselines and when the equipment is ready to be managed as per the established process. This will involve studying the Customer’s existing processes and preparing documentation related to site-specific setup and standard operating procedures. This will also involve knowledge transfer from and shadowing with the existing vendor. SERVICE NOW tool and DATA CENTER Operation knowledge is a MUST.
