Job Responsibilities
• Providing customer service by
• Various administrative duties including using Google Sheets, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, Wordpress and other software
• Using our processes to research leads
• Following up overdue payments
• Various Virtual Assistant duties including making bookings, follow ups, calendar and
• Ideally using Xero and Excel for administration
Requirements
• Proven experience in administration and customer service.
• Highly competent in Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly efficient
• High attention to detail
• Excellent typing speed
• Laptop/Desktop (with a second monitor)
• Reliable internet connection and electricity
• Backup internet connection
• Ability to work an 8hr shift starting at around 12pm Philippines time
