Landscape artist

I run a design company that does ecological house and landscape design. I'm looking for someone familiar with programs like sketch up and illustrator who can do beautiful looking drawings of my designs. I am willing to train this person in how to present the material and am looking for a full time person who can take on more work as we grow.
