Property Photography editing tasks that I’m looking for an expert in:

Dialing in a beautiful exposure and contrast on each photo
Lifting shadows and recovering highlights to create a look that shows each room
Removing any color casts
Color correcting photos for a consistent look
Straightening horizons
Making verticals vertical
Removing fish-eye lens distortion
Spot healing distracting elements
Replacing skies
Occasionally blending five-exposure HDR images
Swapping out gray skies for blue skies
Exporting the final photos as JPG’s
Uploading photos directly to DropBox or PixieSet galleries as instructed

Must have experience in this area and a portfolio of work because I am looking for someone who is a BETTER editor than I am!
We could do a test run or two and see if our styles match. You'd need to have Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
