1. Provides daily medical assistance to employees through giving proper medicine, first aid treatment and immediate referral to affiliated hospital if further treatment is needed.
2. Assists company physician during weekly medical consultation of employee in the clinic.
3. Evaluates medical results of newly hired employees and advises employees if further treatment is needed.
4. Coordinates medical result of newly hired employees to immediate superior and Admin Manager for further assessment.
5. Administers Annual and Special Medical examinations to employees and coordinates result to Immediate Superior for further assessment.
6. Monitors status of communicable diseases and provide necessary treatment plan.
7. Prepares monthly request of medical supplies and ensures availability of the stocks.
8. Conducts monthly inventory of medical supplies.
9. Conducts home visit to sick employees and monitors present medical condition.
10. Submits home visit report to immediate superior and Admin Manager and advice sick employee’s immediate superior of the result.
11. Updates employees in the recent health information thru posters, brochures, pamphlets and the monthly updating of the bulletin boards.
12. Prepares monthly illness report, medical supplies inventory report, annual medical report
13. Submits required monthly reports to Immediate Superior and Admin Manager
14. Participates in Health and Safety Committee for the improvement of the current practices in the company.
15. Administers statutory benefits of employees such as but not limited to processing of loans and reimbursements.
16. Assist HR in daily overtime encoding.
17. Receives daily leave of absence thru company phone and production attendance monitoring sheet and ensure to update the daily attendance monitoring reports.
18. Prepares report such as monthly leave monitoring and maternity summary.
19. Performs tasks assigned from time to time.
