Production Shift Leader

Responsible for the productivity of all production operators on designated station. Additionally, this position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters and for participation and performance management processes.

QUALIFICATION
1. Graduate of any 4 year course
2. With at least 1-2 years working experienced as a Leader
3. Male or Female
4. Possess Strong Leadership
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Team Player
7. Strong analytical, decision making, planning and organizing.
8. Knowledgeable in MS office applications
9. Willing to work for longer hours
