Amazon PPC & Analytics Manager Needed

Main duties: PPC Set up + Management, Sales Analytics Reporting, New Product Launch Management, Improving Conversions, Attending Learning Masterclasses

Intro:
We are looking for a full-time rockstar manager to help us with several different jobs. We will need someone that’s willing to learn and implement consistently.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
1. Amazon PPC set up and optimization
2. Analytics reporting: tracking key business metrics like conversion, ACOS, TACOS, listing traffic, all listing adjustments, review counts, etc.
3. Tracking metrics for new product launches
4. Improving conversions: copy and listing improvement.
5. Attending weekly masterclasses and learning sessions (yes, you will be paid to learn:)

We can train you on all these tasks.

Salary:
Roughly around $1,300-$2,000/ month, depending on how well you are doing in the business.

Starting salary breakdown:

1. Base $800/ month
2. + Additional 1% of the monthly profit of the business on amazon, which would currently come out to $400-$1000 depending on how we do that month and how you help us grow the sales that month. As you help us launch new products and you help us improve our sales, that number grows for you as well.
3. + Quarterly Bonuses Based on the Achieved Quarterly Goals. Around $500 for achieved goals.

We are an ecommerce company that has been selling on Amazon and Shopify for over four years. We sell physical products: office products and arts & crafts. We currently have 2 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to communicate every day.
