Data Mining Manager

Purpose:

To work with the Data Team management team, Senior Data Manager, and Senior Quality Assurance Leader to ensure the quality and accuracy of Motivation Points, facilitate communication throughout the team, research and investigate new Motivation Points, and implement policies and procedures to improve the data mining process.

Pay Rate:

$9.00 / hour up to sixty (60) hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with team leadership to recruit, interview, hire, and train new tea ---------- mbers.
Oversees the daily workflow of the team.
Reviewing reports and metrics to determine if there are any issues with volume, accuracy, or quality of work
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Researches, recommends, and implements new methods, procedures, policies, and services.
Ensures that new directives from team leadership are communicated to the team and implemented efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

The Senior Data Miner performs all activities 100% remote on the schedule and pace that best fits their schedule while providing full coverage of assigned tasks, duties, and responsibilities.
