JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a customer service representative to work full-time for an e-commerce Upgrade to see actual infoitially, the job will include the following tasks:

-answer calls and customer questions
-reply to customer questions by email
-reply to customer questions when they message through the chat widget on the website
-call customers who have left an "abandoned cart"
-request quotes from suppliers
-fulfill orders with suppliers
-track shipment information

The job requires the candidate to work 7 hours per day (8:00am - 4:00pm Eastern Time with 1 hour lunch break), 5 days per week Monday - Friday. Salary will be $500/month + commissions (which are usually around $200/month, but could be higher or lower depending on sales). The successful candidate will begin earning commissions once they have been trained up and can demonstrate a base level of product knowledge. Job training will be provided and other staff members will be available for support.

The following are mandatory qualifications/characteristics of a successful candidate:

-must be available to work from 20:00 to 4:00 Philippines Time
-must have an excellent command of the English language in speaking, writing, reading and listening
-must have good customer service skills
-must be willing to speak with customers over the phone
-must have an eye for detail and be willing to learn
-must be reliable and honest
-must be independent and able to solve problems with minimal supervision
-must not have another job
-must have a computer and microphone in their home with reliable and fast internet
-must be able to quickly calculate basic math equations
