Need a part time HR consultant for our IT Company who would be responsible for
1. Creating job profiles (regular updating required)
2. Creating performance metrics to measure employee's monthly/quarterly performance
3. Keep in touch with key employees via email to help improve their efficiency and keep them motivated towards achieving company's goals
