MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Supervising team of mechanic and helper which includes monitoring of performance and delegation of tasks
Monitoring and ensuring conformance of company's standard schedule of vehicle maintenance
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department
Prepares and presents reports related to vehicle maintenance, servicing and procurement
Safekeeps all documents related to vehicle maintenance record, vehicle registration, vehicle and/or parts procurement and services
Performs start to end procurement process and coordination
Research and attends meeting with potential suppliers for vehicle and parts
Coordinates with partner shops regarding repairs and other services
