Mental Health Clinic Hours
Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (PDT) Monday to Thursday 12pm-8pm = Manila, Philippines Time Zone Equivalent: Tuesday to Friday 3:00AM-11:00AM.

We prefer employees who can work this entire schedule, however, we believe in mental health and we are aware that overnight jobs are not ideal. We have several options to support your long-term wellbeing if you were to join our team, ranging from part-time to Upgrade to see actual infote that the position would only be 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Option 1: 32 hours per week (Full-time) — 3:00AM-11:00AM Monday-Thursday (Manila, Philippines; PST) = 12pm-8pm (Las Vegas, Nevada; PDT)

Option 2: 24 hours per week (Part-time)— Schedule 5:00AM-11:00AM Monday-Thursday (Manila, Philippines; PST) = 4pm-8pm (Las Vegas, Nevada; PDT)

Busy mental health care practice is seeking an executive mental health care assistant who can be available full-time to assist with a variety of duties for a mental health clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. PLEASE NOTE: This position requires significant writing.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbox Management of Email Inboxes: Answering emails in formal written English (excellent grammar and spelling are key)
- Making phone calls, answering phone calls politely and formally, returning phone calls
- Scheduling patient appointments, rescheduling them, cancelling them, collecting funds for those who cancel within a short amount of time, explaining clearly the office cancellation policy
- Answering patient questions about business hours, insurances accepted (only 1 accepted), fees for services
- Onboarding new patients who are starting up with services by inputting them into an electronic health record, sharing required documents to them through the electronic health record, sending the welcome packet, confirming the new patient(s) has received it.
- Researching projects, such as compiling a list of local vendors, referral sources, well-reviewed services
- Making appointments for company vehicle repair, company vehicle insurance claims
- Creating written documents, such as educational handouts about PTSD or Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
- Creating patient homework assignments that patients can answer within the electronic health record
- Editing long psychological diagnostic templates to be more concise, correcting errors, and improving sentence structure
- Creating educational powerpoint presentations on matters that clinician repeats frequently to patients to improve efficiency
- Assist in preparing for events, speaking arrangements, and keeping things organized
- Assist in documenting clinical notes in patient charts electronically
- Remind clinician about certain time-sensitive tasks
- Update websites using GoDaddy

REQUIRED
Willingness to sign a Business Associates Agreements (BAA) will be required to keep patient health information confidential under the United States HIPAA Upgrade to see actual infon-disclosure agreement also required to keep business information and processes private.
