Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We’re looking to hire a general purpose Virtual Assistant to assist with managing our Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay accounts. This could be any number of tasks from catalog cleanup to answering customer emails to helping launch ads. Some familiarity with these platforms would be ideal but is not a must.

We’re a 40 year old family owned US based business with 30 employees(3 in the Philippines). We sell a wide range of products with 6,000+ SKUs.

Requirements:
-Very strong English skills
-Great attention to detail
-Excellent problem solving skills


Skills that would be helpful but are not required:
-Experience working with Amazon or Walmart seller portals
-Experience with Helium 10
-Experience with Zentail would be a HUGE plus


Schedule:
We’re hiring someone full time and expect this to be their only job. Our expectation is that you work 40 hours per week. You need to work 4 hours each weekday from either 7pm-11pm EST or 7am-11am EST. The rest of your schedule is up to you. We'll provide a reasonable amount of time off as requested(let us know in advance) and allow major Filipino holidays off(paid). We may ask you to use Timeproof to track your work.
