We’re looking to hire a general purpose Virtual Assistant to assist with managing our Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay accounts. This could be any number of tasks from catalog cleanup to answering customer
We’re a 40 year old family owned US based business with 30 employees(3 in the Philippines). We sell a wide range of products with 6,000+ SKUs.
Requirements:
-Very strong English skills
-Great attention to detail
-Excellent problem solving skills
Skills that would be helpful but are not required:
-Experience working with Amazon or Walmart seller portals
-Experience with Helium 10
-Experience with Zentail would be a HUGE plus
Schedule:
We’re hiring someone full time and expect this to be their only job. Our expectation is that you work 40 hours per week. You need to work 4 hours each weekday from either 7pm-11pm EST or 7am-11am EST. The rest of your schedule is up to you. We'll provide a reasonable amount of time off as requested(let us know in advance) and allow major Filipino holidays off(paid). We may ask you to use Timeproof to track your work.
