I am looking for someone with computer skills etc to find previous owners of properties that were foreclosed on or delinquent with there taxes. After the county receive what is owed to them, there are funds left over that belongs to the previous owners, but they are not aware of it. We have there names, and previous address plus other governmental information. These people are not aware of these funds. My company charge a percentage of recovered funds.
