Real Estate Lead Manager

We are looking for a killer lead manager, preferably someone with experience in Real Estate and someone ready and willing to make things happen day in and day out. This role involves sorting, filtering and responding to leads on a consistent basis; performing analysis to identify hot leads and potential deals to the acquisitions ---------- ndidate must have tough skin and be willing to break through the walls put up by our sellers. Our team is aiming to grow! If you're a good fit, we'll consider a transition into acquisitions and phone sales which includes BONUSES based on performance.

Knowledge of the following systems will help:
CallTools
Podio

Experience preferred:
Sales
Cold calling
Script writing

Not required but helpful:
Real Estate Acquisitions Experience
Real Estate CMA's
Data collection/entry
Any other skills you may have that could benefit the team.
