Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our various practice areas (IT/Tech, Sales & Marketing, and HR & Recruiting). We’ll reward your performance and help you learn our business, and process, and give you room to grow in this fast-paced start-up recruiting industry.

You are self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing your workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the IT recruiting process while providing consultative solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs. This includes Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and potentially handling full-cycle US recruiting.
• Proactively network to build a strong pipeline of talent within skill-set areas.
• Creatively source, track, and organize candidate profiles in Ceipal ATS.
• Consistently exceed activity numbers and billing goals
• Routinely identify candidates that are placed each month

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR proven experience as US Recruiter
• 3+ years of proven US Recruitment experience (IT Recruitment is a PLUS)
• Exposure to ATS systems and different sourcing techniques/tools are very much preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up and learn new tools and technologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• MUST BE AMENABLE TO WORKING NIGHT SHIFT
