Virtual Executive Assistant

We are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team! Our team is fun and supportive. We like to laugh just as much as we work. We will support, train, and guide you throughout your journey with us!

This will be a full-time position. Applicants must be willing to work from Monday to Friday, PST. Training will be provided. Anyone who can accomplish the given tasks can most certainly apply.

Responsibilities include:
Administrative tasks
Basic Call Handling

Email & Calendar management
Online Research
Client/Customer follow-up via social media, Messenger, email, etc.

Qualifications:
Having creative background and skills is a plus but not required
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must be able to complete all assignments and adhere to all deadlines
Must complete 40 hours each week using the screenshot monitor app
Must be able to take direction in written, audio, and visual form
Must be able to work with less supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Positive and self-motivated

Requirements:
Must have a laptop/desktop PC
A reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace
