Call Center Specialists

Legal Marketing Company located in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking Call Center Specialists to work remotely from the Philippines to support high volume campaign calls.

The Call Center will be open 24/7 with the following shifts available, all on US Central Standard Time. Morning: 7am-4pm Day: 9am - 6pm Night: 11pm-8am

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Friendly, positive and professional demeanor
Good, strong communication skills
Call Center experience - high volume (at least 1 year)
Customer Service experience
Driven, Passionate, Go-Getter
Can successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
The positions will report to the Call Center Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. These roles are remote, work from home, ideal candidates will be located in the Philippines.

Pay Rate: $3.00 - $6.00 per hour, depending on experience
