YouTube Video Editor

I used to make a lot of TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube videos, but now since I've been so busy I only post on TikTok and Instagram but hardly have time for that.

I have over 75k Followers across all platforms, I just want to be able to post more.
I need someone who can edit similar or even better than I edit, who has either Adobe Premier/After Effects/Final Cut Pro,
it cannot be Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.
I plan to make mostly TikToks with an editor first, so edits should be short and easy to make, I just would like good music that you or me may choose as long as its a good fit for the content.
Eventually I will begin making YouTube videos again and the hours will increase.

Perks:
-Part Time, work any time during the day that you want, as long as you are meeting deadlines and meet the criteria of editing.
-I am very patient and understanding, if re edits need to be made I will treat you with respect and ask you to change it in a timely fashion.
-Time off if needed just let me know in advance.
-Bonuses periodically for big projects that I may find more important than others.
-As my audience grows and I make more content, you will grow with me to become potentially full time and help me make content much more!

Pay:
-$20 per YouTube Video, $10 per TikTok
-I will have at least 3 YouTube Videos a week, and at least 4 tiktoks a week so it will be at the very least $100 a week. I will increase the pay over time, and will create more content as my social media grows.
-I will give bonuses if I feel you went above and beyond with the editing and it exceeds my expectations.

Requirements:
-Must know how to edit using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or any other advanced editing software.
-Must know how to use special transitions and possibly have some to use already on their computer.
-Should know how to add text to videos, possibly create subtitles for when I talk in video.
-Should know how to add music, fade out music, separate audio from video, add multiple audio files to different videos, and match beats in music with transitions in video.
-Should know how to speed up videos and slow them down.
-Must have already created edits for other people or for themselves they can show me.
-Any other talents with editing is a huge plus and please write in your application.
-If you can edit photos too that would be a huge plus.
-If you can make good thumbnails, even better
