SEO Project Manager

Hello there!

We provide SEO services for our clients and whitelabel partners.

And we are looking for a reliable SEO Project Manager to join our team.

The best candidate must have the following qualities:

- Must be familiar with SEO and digital marketing
- Must have excellent English communication skills. When writing, they should be indistinguishable from an American.
- Must have good writing skills and can audit content for websites
- Must be incredibly diligent about getting things done
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be very familiar with US culture
- Must have experience as a Project Manager/Account Manager/Marketing Assistant for a digital agency (Preferably in an SEO Agency)
- Has strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable getting on calls/training/videos with clients (when needed)
- Willing to work US hours
- Has a can-do attitude and positive mindset, with the ability to motivate and nurture team camaraderie
- Must be willing to have screen recording and keyboard/mouse tracking enabled for your work sessions
- Must be familiar with different tools for SEO, including but not limited to:

WordPress
Shopify
Semrush
AHREFS
Project management tools like Trello/ClickUp
Time-tracking tools

Your primary responsibilities will be:

1. Review the client's onboarding information and support the team in coming up with a long-term SEO Strategy Plan
2. Prepare and monitor assigned tasks, for timely completion
3. Assigning and scheduling project tasks to other tea ---------- mbers
4. Work with the team to provide direction on SEO implementation
5. Review team output and ensure it is within the company standards and based on SEO Audit and company goals
6. Review and respond to emails from direct and whitelabel clients, in a timely manner, using proper English grammar
7. Be ready to take on keyword research, blog uploads, graphics design, and research work when necessary, and/or supervise others who are assigned to this work.

Bonus qualities but not required
Tech-savvy for troubleshooting common tech issues
Copywriting skills

Schedule: 5+ hrs per day, Monday - Friday
Possible rate: negotiable
