Who are we?
We are a young, rapidly growing e-Commerce based business selling a large variety of physical products via Facebook ads.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a videographer who is all about self-development, rapid growth, and pushing limits beyond imaginable, and wants to be a part of a team full of like-minded individuals.

What kind of work to expect?
Your job will be to create video advertisements (20-60 seconds long) with conversion-driven principles that will be then used for

Facebook advertising.

*Note: That is not a typical advertisement! That is a quick-paced, dynamic video of 1:1, 4:5, or 9:16 resolution with close product demonstration shots, an explanation of customer ownership benefits, how the product work, overcoming objections, and the list goes on...

A part of such job includes necessary content research where you will gather materials from public sources such as YouTube, Facebook, or Google. You will be trained for such purposes.
At a later stage, your job will include shooting your own material with a given product we send you. Simply put, your responsibility and importance will raise. With the right attitude, the sky is the limit.

(4) What amount of work to expect?

Initially, we will test the waters with you. You will need to be nurtured, be trained. Practice makes perfect.
If we are a good fit, during the #1 test month we will start by giving you 12-30 videos to craft depending on the current circumstances. If that works out well, the workload will gradually increase and you may become a full-time tea ---------- mber.
