JOB OVERVIEW

Ongoing management of my webflow website.
----------

Hero - Website - High-level Plan

1 - foundations for good site management
Making sure the site is protected, secure, has an automated backup which we can easily restore from in case of any issues, simple video & transcribed documentation so that I can operate the site if needed.

2 - case studies & testimonials
We are collecting more and more of these, and the site will need to be updated with them. For the most part, I will be able to just go in and add the various pieces. But the site will need to be kept clean (ensure mobile optimised / font sizes adjusting for mobile view too), and ideally, I’d like someone else to update the website with new testimonials, and create a dedicated page for each new case study..

3 - content
Mostly just blog content - I will be creating blog content on my side, but would want you to create the posts on the site, from a ---------- t a massive amount of content - maybe 1 a week.
Also, if you know of a way to automate this / do it at scale, then I am open to your inputs.

4 - ad hoc requests
I’ll occasionally add requests into a form which will collect in a gsheet - where you can just go in and grab what is important / urgent and then change the status to reflect:
- In progress
- Done

5 - SOPs - (Standard Operating Procedures)
Finally, I am building up a repository of SOPs which I am putting into notion - for a wiki on how we are doing things.
I've been shooting short loom videos and inserting them into ---------- would be great if you could do that once you have identified repetitive tasks that you are doing - just so that (if needed), I would be able to follow your instructions and get the same results!

Hopefully this represents a very simple way of working together and staying on top of things, without creating unnecessary admin / management overhead.

Thanks,
Richard
