Motion Graphics Illustrator/Editor

I am looking for a Motion Graphics Illustrator to work on my YouTube Shorts for my YouTube Channel. YouTube Shorts are typically one-minute videos you will find on a creator's channel and the target volume to produce is five shorts a week. This volume may progress based on your performance and speed.

The work expectations are as follows:
* color grading and editing the raw file
* motion graphics as applicable to the script and the Brand
* minimal sound effects to complement the video
* Adobe After Effects expertise and Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage
