Klaviyo Expert - Email Marketing

Docking Drawer is the market leader of in-drawer electrical outlets.

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking to hire a Senior Klaviyo Manager reporting to the executive team.

You will work closely with account strategy, analytics, social media, digital media, and creative teams. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Expert to join our growing team based of digital marketing experts in the Philippines.

About You

You are seeking a long-term working relationship so as we invest in each other, we can grow together. You are a Klaviyo Genius, the one others seek out for help and guidance. You breeze through campaigns and flows and know how to think about strategy. You are a QUANT who is humble and great at articulating your knowledge to collaborative teams.

- Build and implement custom and standard automation as well as one-off marketing campaigns
- Translate designs (provided) into responsive HTML
- Build a promotional and content marketing calendar
- Identify, flag, and implement marketing opportunities
- Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and make recommendations in order to achieve maximum ROI.
- Experience creating and deploying testing and optimization strategies for email/SMS
- Content will be provided
- Experience creating segments for optimal delivery and conversion rates.
- Track, analyze and report on results of campaigns, deliverability and email-based KPIs.
- Identify blind spots and opportunities in deliverability, messaging, and revenue.
- Experience integrating email marketing strategies into the broader digital marketing strategy
- Experience using and understanding analytics tools including Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of ecommerce principals
- Highly collaborative and strong ability to multi-task

About The Job

- We are directly hiring for this position and we are not an agency.

Hours

- We can offer two options. Please indicate which option you would prefer to work.

Option 1: Start at 7am PST to 10am PST and then 5:00pm PST to 8:00pm PST
Option 2: Start at 7am PST to 3pm PST
Option 3: We develop a plan together to get the work accomplished by overlapping hours for meetings in our or your time zone.

This role has the potential to grow specifically into a leadership role leading our remote team in the Philippines and into other areas of our business.

Payment

- We pay hourly employees every Monday via Wise
- Or we can pay on retainer monthly
