IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer to remotely support a medium sized company in Australia to cover the following tasks.
- Desktop and end user application support
- Website support for updated content
- Email support
- Support for corporate storage
- Support for custom built back end ERP and Marketing system

Technologies and Applications - Skills/Experience Required
- Windows 10/11 Desktop, all MS Office apps
- RemotePC
- Wordpress including plugins and external API
- Gmail
- Zoho email
- Google Drive
- VBScript
- Classic ASP
- Python
- PHP
- SQL

Support will provided by using direct access to cloud platforms, servers (RDP) and desktops (RemotePC). The role will be a mixture of project work (system enhancements) along with support of the systems and end users.
