Web Development Manager

Attention Web Developers! We are looking for a rockstar web development manager to be responsible for leading a team of web developers. The responsibilities of a web development manager include overseeing a project from conception to implementation, designing and developing web architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues.

You should be comfortable working within a team, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-notch web development manager should have strong leadership qualities, be able to provide guidance and support, and be highly accurate.


Requirements
- Must have their own computer.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
- Must have 3 years of experience in web development.
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality using Wordpress/Divi
- Must have experience in a managerial position.
- Must be able to offer guidance and support.
- A creative thinker.
- Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines.


Responsibilities
- Designing and developing front-end and back-end websites.
- Developing servers and databases.
- Developing and supporting projects from conception to implementation.
- Working with Graphic Designers and Web Developers.
- Creating user interactions on web pages.
- Maintain and troubleshoot websites.
- Create optimized websites that load fast on the latest devices and browsers.
- Create well-documented code and library.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Manage and delegate tasks properly to the development team.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Experience with e-commerce websites
- Knowledge of Woocommerce and other e-commerce tools
