I’m looking to hiring a virtual assistant for my Marketing Agency (Lead Generation Specialist)

Desired applicant skills and qualities:

-Attention to detail
-Ability to communicate well
-Ability to follow instructions
-Very strong written English Skills
-Experience sending cold emails
-Experience using Email Scraping Tools
-Experience finding emails
-Lead Generation Experience
-Experience with social media Direct Messaging a plus
-Experience responding to inbound emails as well as sending cold emails

About me (Mike) and my company:

-I run a TikTok Marketing Agency called Brands Meet Creators. We help brands find content creators on TikTok to make videos for them!
-I love traveling. I’m originally from the US, but currently located in Nicaragua. I will likely visit Asia sometime soon, and possibly even stop in the Philippines!

Job Duties:

-Finding leads (brands) who are spending money on TikTok
-Sending emails to brands to get them on a sales call with my team
-Sending Instagram DMs to brands
-Sending LinkedIn messages to brands
-Knowledge of prospecting, email scraping tools, cold email, and lead generation a huge ---------- pensation:
-Negotiable, depending on experience
-I believe in giving generous bonuses. If the company is making money, and you are contributing to that, bonuses will be given accordingly
-13th month/Christmas Bonus
-Pay raises awarded based on performance
