3D Modeling help

I'm looking for help modeling this bird artwork (a 2D image I've created) in 3D. Preferably in C4D so I can animate it at a later date.

The artwork is a bird, made from sneaker textures. I need the final model to be based off my mock design but work in 3D, have connecting leathers, seams in fabric etc.

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL DESIGN (its very close though, I need to tweak the wings) - once I have found the modeler I will send final 2D mock and work with the artist to perfect.
