JOB OVERVIEW

**No phone calls** This job is for a real estate transaction coordinator. We will only consider candidates that have worked in real estate and have experience previously working as a transaction coordinator and working with contracts. Please do not apply unless you have worked at least 1 year as a transaction coordinator.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with Zipforms, TC Workflow, Dotloop, Docusign, KW Command.

This is a Full Time ---------- will start out part time for the first month or two of training, but transition to full time as you are fully trained. We are looking for someone long term and full time, exclusively to us. You must be available to work central time zone and work Sunday through Thursday.
