JOB OVERVIEW

ServingIntel, a leading provider of point-of-sale transaction management systems for the Senior Living and hospitality industries, is seeking a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team, creating self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. This role will report to the CTO and directly impact the strategic transformation of ServingIntel into the leader in Senior Living transaction management by advancing the commercialization of strategic software products to grow reoccurring revenue.

Responsibilities:
? Ensure cohesive project team efforts by facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration among all software development teams for scheduling individual team tasks and identifying potential scheduling conflicts and project bottlenecks.
? Confirm that all the ServingIntel software development teams are in alignment and agreement on the project’s feature/function and technical requirements and proactively manage collateral impacts associated with interdependencies across teams.
? Manage & monitor all ServingIntel’s software development team’s projects to reduce scope-of-work feature/function creep.
? Provide comprehensive sprint reporting to the ServingIntel Senior Leadership Team stating metrics by individual ServingIntel’s software development team, to include but not be limited to, Declared Story Points, Project Start Date, Declared Project End Date, Current Project Status, Recommitted Project End Date, Recommitted Justification, Actual Project End Date, Total Story Points Used to Complete the Project.
? Collaborate with the Software Development Team Leaders, Product Development Manager, product owners, and the Service & Operations teams to handle backlogs and new requests.
? Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles as they occur in a timely manner.
? Ensure Support deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint by working in tandem with the Product Delivery Team.
? Support effective internal and external product documentation for all products and ancillary supporting applications by working directly with the Product Delivery Team.
? Assist the Product Delivery Team and Service & Operations Teams in the creation of training materials.

Requirements:
? Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
? Familiarity with software development.
