JOB OVERVIEW

We are G'day Media! New digital marketing agency that aims to empower small businesses.

We are looking for an employee who can help with Social media management, creation and administration.

You must be able to create quality content as well as track & analyze the results. You will be helping to support clients in several different industries and reporting directly to me.

This position has the potential to develop into a leadership role where you could manage a small team of specialists.

* PROFESSIONALLY, YOU POSSESS:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
• An understanding of social media strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience across social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest.
• The ability to work across multiple clients and brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts. of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• General VA skills is a appreciated.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Plan and create content calendars for clients across social media channels.
• Experience with design software such as Canva,
• Schedule, manage and post content.
• Create Ads creatives
• Experience with social planning platforms( loomly, hootsuite )
• Content marketing and writing experience. ( Blog, article, emails etc.. )
• Video creation and editing
• Daily monitoring of clients' social media accounts including responding to and engaging directly with audiences in a timely and authentic way.
• Scaling social media channels (some from scratch) for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok , Facebook and YouTube
• Monitor the performance of social media channels through regular reporting and analysis.
• Monitor the performance of competitor content/activity, and industry trends, and provide actionable insights and best practices.
