Appointment setter

We are a fast-growing eComerce marketing agency helping eCommerce brands with unique products scale profitably through paid ads.

We are expanding and are looking for motivated sales development ---------- other words, appointment setters.

Currently we have a team of 3 prospectors researching leads daily.

What it does for you:

- You gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You will learn about the pros and cons of revenue growth for eCommerce companies.
- You have so much room to grow and can catapult yourself into a leadership role in sales/marketing.

What are you going to do?

- You review and approve or decline researched leads (training provided).
- You report daily on the progress of the sales pipeline (training provided).
- You are responsible for booking appointments from email conversations.
- You reach out to prospective customers using our training, templates and tools (cold emailing, training provided)
- You book qualified prospects in for a discovery call through communicating with them through email.
- You get real income and have fun doing it.

What skills do you need?

- You need to be absolutely reliable. You will get responsibility from day 1.
- You need to have experience with cold emailing (lemlist is preferrable, but not mandatory)
- You need to have excellent communication skills.
- You need to have some knowledge of sales cycles.
- Knowing how to speak German is a plus.

We are looking for motivated graduates and financially motivated folks.

High-performing sales development reps will be on track to earn up to $3k per month.

Additionally to the base salary there is a large commission component as our solutions are high-ticket.

Example: $9000 closed customer - lead developed by you - 5% commission - $450 commission.

There is exponential room to grow. Our product is in demand and conversion process very strong.
