Windows Systems Administrator

We are a US based (Eastern Standard Time) IT company and have been serving our clients for over 12 years in the Tampa, Florida area. We are looking for a full-time Windows System Administrator to service our clients. You will be assigned service tickets that can be handled remote and will be required to communicate directly with the clients. Your duties will be to work on everything from desktop issues to server level support and varies day to day depending on the client's needs.

Requirements:
Mastery of speaking and writing English.

A minimum of at least 5 years real-world IT experience is required. This is a senior systems administrator position and will require the following:

-Complete understanding of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware and components.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, the registry, group policy, device drivers and more.
- Windows Server troubleshooting, migration, and maintenance experience required. If you have zero Windows Server experience you will not be a candidate for this position.
- Able to assist customers remotely.
- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace support will be required.
- ConnectWise PSA or any RMM background a plus but not necessary.
- Datto or Axcient Backups or other MSP Backup Solutions experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and inter-personal skills are very important.
- Able to go beyond following an SOP is required. You must be able to critically think through and resolve complex IT problems all day. If you only have Level 1 or Level 2 experience following SOPs please do not apply.
