Website Development for E-commerce

Payment amount $ is negotiable. We can pay you part-time or as a Freelancer. We can either pay you a weekly salary or as a total project. IF by total project, THEN the total payment will be divided into phases and you will be paid after each phase is completed. We prefer to pay via ---------- or ---------- or digital currency transfer. After this project is completed, we would like to pay you for monthly operations and maintenance of the website and other ad hoc projects.

We are looking for a skilled web developer who will be responsible for developing and/or designing websites for our ---------- order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. Everything is in English. We work on a mid-west time zone, so you need to be available for meetings between the hours of 21:00 PM - 9:00 AM. Outside of meetings, you can choose your own schedule.

We need to develop a website that can do the following:
- Process digital currency payments
- Display projects, similar to crowd funding
- The customer can select which project they want to pay for and the website can keep track of payments made to each project and then display the results on the web page for each project
- Can be translated into multiple languages
- Can interact with other websites or data sources, if needed
- Allows others to list projects on the website

Job duties:
- Developing and document in Trello your phased approach for how you will develop the crowd sourcing website
- Developing implementation plan and Sprint schedule using Trello
- Presenting options for how best to develop / design the site
- Work with product owner to develop website requirements and iterative reviews and updates of the requirements
- Communicate with the team using Slack
- Daily or every other day touchpoint either electronically or phone call including tasks you plan to complete and what you completed the day before
- Identifying additional skillsets that we need to hire in others to complete the project (as we do not expect you to know how to do everything)
- Daily communication of progress
- Documenting all technical processes with screen shots so that any analyst or developer can replicate your work; work can be documented in Google Docs, Github, or other type as agreed upon
- Developing operations and maintenance plan in Trello that you or someone else can continue after this primary project is completed
- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining
- Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions
- Directing or performing Website updates
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
- Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and coordinate with tea ---------- mbers who produce content
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements

Web Developer Requirements:
