Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the digital projects to ensure they are delivered to client satisfaction on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The project manager plans and designates project resources, monitors progress and keeps stakeholders informed of the project status and performance from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and staff gaining acceptance of proposals and changes
• Ensure effective handover of the project from client to staff
• Take responsibility for preparing the Project Plan
• Identify and allocate roles and responsibilities within the project team
• Identify and manage resource requirements in the project team
• Guide, support, and advise customers on the benefits and implications of proposed solutions
• Agree, internally and externally, on budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and monitor and control performance
• Monitor and control the critical path ensuring quality processes are followed
• Ensure effective communication within the project team, with Sales and Marketing, and with the client
Skills and Qualifications
? A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a project manager.
? Project management skills (PMP, Scrum, Agile) Certifications are a ++
? Effective written and oral communication skills.
? Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
? Effective meeting management skills
? Understanding of project processes
? Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
? Ability to ensure quality and maintain a customer focus
? Awareness of current best practices within the web development industry.
? Record of delivering various digital projects from websites, Apps, eLearning, digital & email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
? Ability to manage, lead and motivate a project team
? Understanding of the skills, tools, and processes used in the development and delivery of digital solutions
? Experience in requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA
