Need Software Project manager with Great Pay and Benefit - Long term job

Looking for someone very organized to help with my Day job s a Project Manager

- Sending and responding to emails. A lot of this is email follow-ups for various tasks.
- Create Project plans
- Follow up on status

About Me:

I own an IT consulting company and in the process of starting a blog. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 2.5 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
My previous VAs were from Fiverr and were given short term projects but now I am willing to hire someone full time and build a long - term work - relationship with them.
