About the role:

Full-time position but open to part-time initially and extending to full-time in the future.
Great opportunity for growth as you'll be joining in the early days and growing with the business.
Flexible working hours, however you must be available for at least 50% of Australian business hours (AEST) to collaborate with the team and clients.
Generous base plus performance bonus.
You will initially be looking after 5 brands in beauty, jewellery, kids and homewares. Our clients are based in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK.
Working remotely, however if based in Sydney you will work at least partly from our office in Darlinghurst.


Your Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and grow the client growth/services team (responsible for delivering the services) - Paid (Facebook/Insta, Google/YT, Tik Tok, Funnels, Shopify, Email/Klaviyo. Don’t do SEO/Organic Social.
Continuously evaluating performance metrics and collaborating with the founder to brainstorm, strategise and come up with ideas to improve clients' offers, landing pages, funnels and ad creative.
You contribute to the set up & implementation of campaigns, you review and approve campaigns setup by the client growth team
Monitor, analyze and identify performance indicators on campaigns and manage the account’s revenue and ROAS accordingly
You’re collaborating with peers to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for clients, highlighting key insights and strategic learnings.
You’re able to present results and reports to a variety of stakeholders internally and externally and are confident adjusting your style to ensure different audiences follow what you’re explaining.
You are regularly attending client meetings and are supporting the Account Managers in driving organic opportunities within the client groups.
You maintain a strong level of knowledge in relation to your client businesses, brands and market segments to ensure recommendations are aligned to industry opportunities and trends
Be in tune with key account indicators including client satisfaction, business goals, targets, profitability, and strategic objectives
Be at cutting edge of latest advancements in digital marketing and how we can apply them to the benefit of our clients.
Create additional value by expanding engagement scope and identifying new opportunities for our clients, while considering financial impact, risks, and market trends
Attend relevant industry events to meet with your clients on a regular basis


About your skills:

T-Shaped Marketer with primary expertise in paid social and ecommerce
3-5 years experience in similar or related role
Experience in creating and optimising offers, landing pages and funnels from a strategy perspective (you don't need to be able to design, code or build).
Proven track record of building exceptional client relationships and providing outstanding service.
Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc.
A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., search engine results, paid ads, email referrals, organic traffic, social media referrals, etc.
A good grasp of customer behavior and how to walk a customer through the buyer’s journey
Be available to work a reasonable portion of the day on time zone AEST and an avid user of digital communication and remote work tools.
Bonus points if you're local to Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast or West Coast of the USA.
Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Copywriting training/experience advantageous but not ---------- ermediate knowledge of WordPress and Shopify highly ---------- dividuals only, no ---------- sired Attributes - this is a good fit for you if you:
