Working With Us:
• We are looking for a Design Manager to manage our offshore design team based in the Philippines.
• Join an innovator and leader in custom exhibition stands and displays.
• Our projects range from 9sqm to 1,500sqm where you will work with the world’s leading brands.
• We will provide training and support for the right candidate.

The Role Will Involve:
• Providing support and training for the design team based in the Philippines.
• Ensuring timelines are met by the design team.
• Ensuring quality of work outputted by the offshore design team is of a high standard
• Managing the workflow of the design schedule.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience in managing design teams particularly in the exhibition/trade show industry
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a design manager particularly within the exhibition/trade show in the or similar design fields
• Experience with exhibition modular system eg Octonorm, Syma
• Experience with Aluvision or beMatrix will be highly regarded.
• Experience in 3D Studio Max ---------- .
• Experience with Corona render and Revit is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience in Adobe Suite
• Good attention to detail
• Work well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines
